i keep getting 100’s of junk emails for penis enlargement pills from all over the world how do i stop this and how do they get my email address?

Everyday I receive adverts about Penis enlargement and other adverts of similar nature and I am fed up with them. I realise that adverts have to appear but I do not mind normal adverts but I wish the porn adverts to stop they are disgusting.

Every day I have an abundance of bulk mail, all unsolicited, many pornographic. I’m female, senior, and have no interest in pornography or male enhancement tools, etc…… Don’t know why these messages would be sent to me by unknown individuals. Please tell me how I can stop this. Thanks.

The text messages are all spam advertising like viagra and other male enhancements. I try to reply stop and it cant send the message.
