Viagra, Orexis etc are drugs meant to enhance male libido. Which equivalent of these drugs are available for women?

For men - I’m not talking the supposed “male organ” enhancers but ones to increase sex drive, harder erections, increased performance. If so, what did you use? Do you recommend it?
For women - have you tried anything that increases drive, enhances orgasms, etc. What did you use and did it work?

No pills.I would recommend oysters,chocolate,bananas,
avocado,asparagus,carrots,
nuts,ginger & olives.
Certain foods found or easily incorporated into our everyday diets can improve every aspect of our sex drive.

I’ve been using Rize2 for a while, but I guess the FDA shut them down & I’m looking for a replacement. Any suggestions? The Cockstar supplement sounds good. Has anyone tried it? Any other suggestions?

excercise pills, like pills for working out (creatine, dhea)..the male enhancement pills I bought online not otc. all in bottles, will I be able to bring them? thanks
