The best male enhancement is for a man to be healthy and fit. A man’s health and fitness makes him better sexually.
That includes mental health. A man who has a healthy attitude about sex will enjoy it more and perform better.

I’ve heard of a few HERBAL pills (i.e. Zenerx, VigRX, Orexis) for better performance. Has any of you had success with htem? Or any others you would suggest?

Here is what happened with us.
The wife orders these Extends pills and shows them to me and says,
