Over these last 4 weeks i have been straining and flexing my PC muscle (Pubo Coccygeal) the muscle behind the penis that controls erection and urination. I have also been flexing this muscle while urinating holding my piss back for as long as possible then squirting it out hard as i can and holding, so far my penis has gotten about 1/2 and inch longer
1 month ago i wouldve been aprox 6 inches but now im about 6.5, im 15 years and 4 months old. these excersises work well and i understand tht i am still spose to have some natural growth occur, will performing these excersises stop the natural growth?
have yo tried these excersise if yeas, how old are you / were you, did it work or didnt it, if it did how much bigger did u get

it’s all in your mind. The only thing that makes it bigger is surgery.
you’re making connections where none exist.
while it’s great that you’re exercising your PC muscles, it’s not causing your penis to get bigger. It’s the fact that you’re a teen and still growing that’s causing your penis to get bigger. That’s it.
But, keep doing the Kegal exercises. It’s great for when you shoot.
The exercises you refer to are called “kegels”. A well known way to build up strength in your ability to stop the pee stream and to tighten up your anal opening. It is extremely good for prostate health and it is never too early to keep our p-spot happy and healthy. Get into the habit of doing these kegels daily and it will be great for you all of your life. As for actually lengthening your penis, I am not too sure. What I think is happening to you is that the kegels are keeping your penis a bit more ‘alive’ or ‘awake’ than before. We all know is that the more awake our penis, the larger it will be because of more blood coursing through it.. What you are doing is great and has no negative effects on your normal growth, in fact it can only help. Jelqing is another exercise which has proven, over a long period of time, to stretch the tissue in your penis and often leads to a longer tool…. I did jelqing for a couple years when I was 14 and 15. I can’t tell how much of the growth of my ‘boy’ was caused by puberty continuing and how much caused by jelqing. But I am sure happy with the finished product now…
Keep doing kegels and add jelqing, you won’t be sorry. Gary L
