Mine is “merely” 4 1/2″ and it works just fine. I take you don’t mind risking nerve damage and losing all feeling there altogether?
Did u know these type of surgery can often lead to dysfunction of the organ, and can cause all senses to be lost from it?

Why bother? You’re fine just the way you are. Just learn how to use it, and the rest of your body and you’ll be just fine.
From what I understand, penis enlargement surgery doesn’t make your erection bigger at all - all they usually do it cut a ligament that pulls your penis up into your body when you are cold (the shrinkage muscle). So it will make it look bigger when it is soft, but not when it is hard. Save your money! Or feed a village in Africa for a year with it - goddam, people are so vain these days!
yikes sounds drastic…you know thaqt enzyte stuff really works a lil…going under the knife on your member…now that sounds like desperations…slow down man…if you have big and never ending pockets a girl like me will make you never think of that 5′er again.
