I now have $5,000.00 all saved up. Do you think that’s enough to get my penis enlarged to about following size: 7 or 8 inch erect / 6 or 7 inch flaccid.

have you considered potential side effects? i am not sure what technique will b used maybe stuffing fat in or maybe cutting off some back ligaments however beware of some problems you might face such as inability to achieve proper erection.

Wow if you really feel that insecure about your size go for it. But let me tell you what happens. The doctor makes an incision next to the base of the penis and kind of “threads” the potential three inches of your penis that’s actually inside of you and adds it on to what you have now. You’llgain some girth as well as around 2 inches in length. But you will be in tremendous pain for the next 6 weeks or 6 months (I forget Which lol). But if your ready to not touch your dick for 6 weeks then go for it. Personally I wouldn’t do it because it’s a waste of money(unless money isn’t a problem) and the pain that goes along with it, but then again I am 8.25″ and money isn’t an issue. But hey, it your life right? =]
I would say as the other answers that your size is normal and you shouldn’t go that far for a few inches if don’t have a small penis.
Instead if you really want a few extra inches, why not get them by doing penis exercises which are risk-free. It takes a bit longer before results are showing, but in that time you can spend your $5.000 on all other kinds of fun
Take that five grand and spend on stuff that will get you ladies. Maybe get a haircut, or remodel or something. Get some nice clothes, perhaps a suit. Whatever money you have left, use to pay for whatever do when out on a date.

I think surgery may be too dangerous. You should try something natural first. Something that works. Perhaps take a look at this before going for the surgery. Cheaper, safer and you still have more than 4K to keep in your pocket for future use.
