Thats a tough one.
I would say.. Just give him a hint when you guys are in the bed room
that his “thing” Isn’t satisfying you enough…

You should answer.. “Idk” Or something like that then he mite think about getting an enhancement.
But extenze does not work and there is no way to broach this without him spiralling into depression.

There is no way, I repeat NO WAY, to make your penis bigger. You have what god gave you and that’s it. No hanging weights, no exercises and no pills will make his junk any bigger. If you are going to make any suggestions have him learn to perform oral sex better.
I understand that he may be a little small but he is your man and part of your responsibility is to tell him what works for you and what doesn’t. Train him to be your perfect lover. If the size issue is never going to go away for you try buying a toy and teaching him to use it on you.
