There are other ways to enlarge I think. I’ve heard of this tool you can use, it’s called the ProExtender Penis Enlargement System. I have NO Idea if this really works or not but in theory you put this device around yourself and it basically stretches you out. Again, I have no idea if this is effective at all and I think there are a lot of different kinds of devices like this on the market. I just picked this specific one b/c it’s the first one I could find on line! Go to Proextendersystem.com or look up Penis Enlargement or Penis Extenders on line. I definitely wouldn’t go w/ surgery, even if it does exist. You run the risk of unsightly scarring or other problems.

There is some really expensive but serious operations involving plastic surgery but as far as I’m aware they are only for thickness and not length. Those are also likely to be dangerous as well as costly.

Yes, in fact they do exist, although they aren’t well known. And the length that is acheived is nothing more than what you already have. I know that doesn’t make much sense, but what the operation really does is cut the suspensory ligament that attaches the penis to the pubic bone. When this ligament is release, more of the penis hangs further down which gives the appearance of an extra inch or so. There is another operation where the girth is treated so that it becomes thicker, but this has been less successfull in providing men with satisfactory results mostly because the fat redistributes and the penis tends to look odd anyway.
The funny thing is, is that the physicians who do this procedure usually fit the man with some kind of weighted device like the PLD to make sure the penis doesn’t regress into the body. Wearing the weight by itself would be sufficient in increasing the length of the penis if it was worn enough and the weigh was sufficient.
