There was a study in the 80’s by the plastic surgeons performing the penis enlargement surgeries. Their conclusion was that men were getting the enlargements to feel better in front of other men (locker room syndrome) primarily and rarely with a woman in mind.
So, my money is on the probability that penis size is more important to the insecure male than to his lover, the woman.
