It is supposed to be treatment to enlarge a man’s penis. Most of these procedures are only temporary affecting blood flow, some are implants, some are vacuum pumps or pills or hoaxes.
All of this stuff is nonsense. People come as they are born and don’t need to be “enhanced”. Consider this, are women more attractive with or without makeup? If it makes a big difference to you, then rethink you concept of looks.
Male “enhancement” might be on a parallel with breast “enhancement” although most guys would say that their manhood is more important than god. I only say that when I get kicked there….
Would you be willing to have your chest cut open and two bags of silicone gel stuffed behind your nipples just to show off to the guys who stay home evenings with a vacuum hose between their legs? I think most folks might be more concerned about other things in life!
