Besides any self respecting doctor would not treat you because you are only 14 and your body is still developing and has not grown into its adult proportions yet.

Wait a few years and see how you develop. My urologist would not EVER recommend changes to penis size. He said he’s seen absolutely horrible results. The items you see advertized on the web DO NOT WORK.
If you are still 1/2″ at 16, talk to a doctor. There’s probably something else going on that they can identify. 14 is still young for them to consider doing anything about.
