No. Sorry to say that nothing works to enlarge the size of man’s penis. No pills, creams, pumps or anything else works to make it bigger. Surgery isn’t a good idea because it will only guarantee a 1/2 in. longer in size.
Just work with what you got. Use other things to make her happy i.e. your tongue, your finger, a vibrator.

there r meds 4 that and they work
i use a penis pump it does make it longer and harder but it’s a daily or weekly thing you have to use it regularly for it to work if you stop for a few weeks it will shrink back down and one more thing careful not to pump it up too hard
