Nothing, everything will tear and it won’t feel good either. It doesn’t look sexy really. You can get an infection from intercourse. That’s just a woman’s opinion.
I disagree with most other posters - if you want to do it go for it. I’ve experienced a couple of different types of piercings and from a female point of view I’ve never had any problems. I think they look good and as long as you use a reputable piercer and take care of it, I say go for it.
Take a stainless steel Slinky (like they sell in toy stores) and stick one end of the spring through your joint. Then keep re-inserting it and pulling it out (sort of like sewing), which will eventually attach the entire length of the slinky to your manhood. This would look awesome, and chicks will really dig it.
If bleeding occurs, use a styptic pencil, like the kind you use when you cut yourself shaving. Good luck!

I have a prince albert. An ampellang will actually punch a hole thru the head and will look bad. If done right, a PA shouldnt enter the meatus at all, and should exit behind the head through the urethra. My wife likes how it looks and enjoys it immensely.
