Okay, so I’m 8″ right now. I’m definately happy with my size but think if I could add another inch or so that would be really impressive. I had a couple questions. I guess they cut some ligament that holds your penis close to your body so stretches out longer so to speak. Is it painful after the surgery? What are the risks? Is sex still the same after the surgery? Are there any negative effects from not having those ligaments anymore?

If you go with a very good surgeon, you should have too much trouble. The only difference would be that your penis, if it pointed upward during erection, would be more at a right angle from your pelvis instead of 45 degrees.
I would imagine, however, that 8″ is pretty big and only a pornstar female would really be able to tell the difference at that point.
You’re lucky and you should be satisfied with what you have. Most men have 6″.
Uhhh yeah its painful. They are cutting your penis.
I read that penis enlargement is only temporary and that sometimes it will become lumpy and bumpy after time.
Just leave your penis alone…it will thank you for it.
