no, the penis does not have a muscle it is tissues. I know I’m gonna get a lot of thumbs down but here goes:
I’ve used a vacuum pump since ‘98. not the adult novelty ones. the customized one Vacu-Tech similar product : Dr. J. Kaplin’s These cyclinders are customized and not generalized like the store bought ones.
Herbally - I’ve used Ginseng, Goldenseal, Sasasprilla, Damania, Yohimbee Bark. I prefer the individual herbs as opposed to the combination ones.
Physically - I’ve done some Jelging exercises.

You can use the exercises like jelqing, but be careful as you can get to rough and wind up hurting yourself.
You can use the ballooning exercises, search the web for penis ballooning. eat healthy fresh fruits and veggies, pistachios have needed zinc and drink water, smokes and caffiene like in soda will kill growth down there. Take a good multi vitaman and milti mineral supplement. In other words feed your body so it has what it needs to grow.
Let me also add advice on muscle building if your into that. Alot of young men now have acess to body building products like testosterone boosters, Testosterone creams ect. Nitric oxide boosters to build there muscles. these products can and often do cause penis growth in youngmen Also certain herbs like Fenugreek, L-arginine and others will raise testosterone levels a bit wich causes faster growth. i do not recommend them as no one knows the risk .Hope this helps
No unfortunately pills and pumps dont work i have spent 1000’s dont make the same mistake as me if there was something out there no one would have a “small” penis also those adds that say they have a “SECRET FORMULAE” think for yourself if u had a secret formulae would u keep it secret NO ofcourse not u would sell it and be more popular than britney spears and richer than bill gates nothing works rather spend your money on something wiser or give me some to recoup my losses that i have occured that u dont have to now ….. only kidding please just try get over what u have is what u have there are many out there who are smaller than u
