While I have never taken any, I would advise you do the same and not fall for these ads. They seem to be full of b.s. There are ways to “enhance” yourself, and I would suggest you exercise more and increase the protein in your diet. Doing this may assist in increasing your testosterone levels NATURALLY, especially if you lift weights. While I can’t guarantee doing all these things will increase your size, I can attest personally I noticed some..err..’big” changes during my teenage and young adult years after I began doing all these. Don’t be fooled by the pills, etc. If it sounds too good to be true……
