There are, and they’ve been given numerous clinical trials. The one that has the most promise is Yohimbe extract, but thus far - and that’s after over ten years of intensive testing - it is little more effective than placebo. The rest - well, you’ll find all kinds of testimonials and advertisements saying they’re the greatest thing since Adam met Eve - but that’s pure, unadulterated b.u.l.l.s.h.i.t ! They are all totally ineffective. Period.

Go natural! Saw palmetto, damiana, ginseng are some good herbs..look at a health food store or the link below.
If you are talking about size enhancement, there are none that work. If you are wanting a harder erection, the amino acid supplement L-Arginine works. It is the main ingredient in all the expensive ‘male enhancement’ pills. Save your money and just take L-Arginine, at least 1500mcg per day. Can be found at vitamin shops.
Forget anything “herbal” or “natural” its all shite and none of it works unless by the placebo effect (psychological). Same with L-Arginine - its just an amino acid found in food. There is a legal and relatively inexpensive human hormone sold in stores called DHEA (Dihydroepiandrosterone) that is a chemical precursor for both testosterone and estrogen. There is not much real test data to prove it does much of anything. It is worth a try though, my wife takes and her hot flashes have stopped. I take it and feel better plus the love life has improved… it it worth a try. Take at least 50 mg 1X day in the morning…..do some research for yourself first, then decide. It beats the heck out of that other herbal shite.
Do not worry, please her whole body, not just there!!!!
