I am not sure why a 16 year old would want any type of male enhancement…but since you are asking I will give you some honest opinions.
1) Don’t let shallow women make you feel bad. If they have a problem with your penis size (if this is the true issue here), then they aren’t worth the trouble. When the right women comes along, she will care less about the size and more about the person.

Its supposed to increase your penis so you have have a much more “fun” session during intercourse.
