Mostly all the male enhancement will do is raise your blood pressure but it is not going to do miracles to a penis. Your girlfriend is going to have to understand that your penis still has a good 5-10 years to grow into it’s full potential. I do hope that you are not expecting her to get breast implants at her age just because they are smaller than an adult woman’s breasts.
