Watching the infomercial I really got some hope worked up for a more confident endowment and was wondering if anyone has used Extends or any other male enhancement remedy that could share thier experience with it?
Phoneing them to inquire how it works, they informed me that the pills increase blood flow to the penis causing the shafts of the penis to become more engorged and expand it in length and girth. It makes me wonder though how it increases the length of the inner cartiledge of the penis, from what I understand, cartilege does not grow or expand. So how can increasing the blood flow to the penis make that rest of the penis’ componants increase in size?

Nothing works other than surgery. It’s a money making gimmick. Notice how they will NOT use the word “Penis” They can’t. They can only say that special part of the body and references to it but will not say what that body part is. If there is any ingredient in it it may be an over the counter item called “Yohimbine” which has been proven to increase virility. It’s just like if they tried to sell you something to make you taller- it can’t happen. Remember “bigger” can also imply just an erection from being flacid- then they can say “Well, it did make you bigger.” Naturally by having these actors and bimbos on the couch it makes you think ‘Gee maybe it works” It’s a selling tactic.
dude get penis surgery if your small like 2 or 3 inches hard theres something called hidden penis witch means that theres an extra 2 or 3 inches hiding under it and if you do surgery they’ll make it bigger
