The first problem with penis enlargement pills is that they do not make your penis any bigger. The pills work by increasing blood flow to the penis, so (good ones) probably have the effect of giving you stronger erections, but they will not give you any extra size.
Also, there can be side effects because they are totally unregulated by the FDA, so there could be anything in them.
Apart from surgery (which is dangerous & very expensive), the only penis enlargement method which works is exercises.
Because they increase the amount of blood that the penis can physically hold, you can gain extra inches length and width if you do them properly.
