I got these pills off the internet..i think it’s called..Extense or something.
My question is, what happens when I get an errection for more than 3 hours?
My wife and I are worried, as we cannot have sex for 3 hours straight, Its bad for my heart.
Is there anything i can do short of sticking a needle in there to drain the pressure?

As to whether or not it is bad for your heart I would say no as I think this is probably a chemical-related issue.
As with Viagra, I would assume that you should call a Dr. if you have an erection lasting an inordinately long time. You are not expected to have sex for 3 hours but it might be uncomfortable to walk around like that.
And don’t do like other guy said and put a match to your penis! As for sticking a pin in to drain the pressure: that would be your blood that you would be draining and poking anything in your body is never recommended.
Try to not move around too much to allow your heart to slow down. If the erection does not subside then certainly call a Dr.
Never buy anything off the internet, what’s wrong with you?
The only homemade technique that I can think of is lighting a match, blowing it out then placing it on your balls or shaft or something. But even that isn’t recommended. You should just go to a doctor, tell him the stuff you took (bring the box with you) and he will help you.
This question is pure bunk. None of the pills are anything that will induce and erection. If it would the seller would be filthy rich. So think up a new and believable question.
