First ask yourself what sites you have been visiting because the sites you view are sometimes the source of the spam you are getting.
Second block the E mail address of the spammers. On Yahoo you can do this through options.

I get the same ones and i’m female!!! you could either report them as spam or on each email at the bottom should be an option to remove your name from their list. I was getting so many that I just got a new email account, currently that email address has almost 20,000 pieces of mail in the inbox alone. Good luck, you’ll need it!!
