None of those pills or physical methods work.
IF the pills arent full of chalk and sugar theyll be full of useless chemicals that could make you ill.

not one bit only one is proven to work i forgot the name but it only works it you have taken it from about 9 yrs old to about 40 it takes about 5 years before results are seen and it only extends about 1.5 inches
