I did see a documentary on one of the health channels about a surgery that can be done to release a tendon or something that is located at the base of the penis shaft. There were three stories and the men were more endowed anywhere from 1 1/2″ to 3″. Check with a plastic surgeon.

No, not one, I’m afraid. Regardless of what is claimed, there isn’t a single “enhancement” that can increase the size of that particular collection of muscles. Just keep in mind that the length of a penis when erect, for the vast majority of males, is 6 to 6.75 or so inches. That’s whether the penis started out as 1 inch or 6 inches when flaccid. They all pretty much end up the same length when erect.

If you think about it, to achieve that you need to trigger excessive growth of cells in a specific region of the body which is pretty tough. Getting them all to grow at the same rate and of course stop growing would be even harder.
Normal cell growth rate to keep things co-ordinated is several years as you need to deal with the death of cells all the time too - that’s why it takes many years for you to reach full height. You’ve got a few million cells to trigger into a growth spurt, but of course be careful this doesn’t trigger cancer.
This is before we need more blood vessels going into that area to feed the increase in capilaries otherwise errection isn’t going to be possible.
And all this from a pill…? If these people can do this they’d make a huge amount more money as rapid controlled cell growth is a holy grail of biology. It would allow us to use stem cells to grow other parts of your body back, eg: a new hand.
It’s worth billions, not $5.99 for a pack of pills.
So in essence….sorry, nope.
