I’m pretty certain there’s no such thing as a legitimate enlargement pill. If you bought them off the net somewhere I’d bet you anything you like that they are fake!
You may want to explore other options (talk to your doctor), or learn to be more comfortable with yourself. If someone truly loves you, the size down there won’t matter.

You could, although god knows what they contain as there isn’t such a thing as a real penis enlargement pill. Usually made of baking soda I would imagine so perfectly safe, but wouldn’t like to take the risk myself as they could be absolutely anything.
