If the pills you are taking are to make your penis bigger then you got ripped off. There is nothing that can make it bigger. There is a surgery but even with that you would gain less than an inch. Don’t waste your money on the pills instead use it to buy books that will explain how to please yourself and your partner. Size does not matter even though some will tell you it does. If they say it does then they are artificial and not good enough for you.
