Men’s Health Mag. did a study and found that they don’t do a thing. They did find that putting the penis into a plastic vacumn chamber for 20 min. per day did make the penis longer and fatter. I can’t remember the name of the company that makes them and I don’t have that issue of MH any more…but you should be able to search it out on the web.
