“Penis enlargement pills” or ointments are commonly offered over the Internet. Analyses performed by Flora Research of California and by the University of Maryland have uncovered harmful contaminants in a number of “penis enlargement” pills. Contaminants found included mold, yeast, dangerous E. coli bacteria, pesticides, and lead.[9] Dr. Michael Donnenberg of the University of Maryland has described herbal pills marketed as having “heavy fecal contamination”, possibly from animals grazing near the plants harvested for herbal ingredients.[10] There may however be a placebo effect i.e. a psychological effect of making the user think he has a larger penis, and increasing his confidence, when there is no actual change to his penis size.[11] Some people have also reported that such pills make them feel sexually aroused, and give them harder erections, but again, without any actual growth of the penis.

No. None of them work….. As simple as that.
You cannot take a ‘magic’ pill and get a bigger penis, pair of breasts, smaller nose, lose 20lb in a week or anything else. Use your money for something useful.

length of penis is natural and differs person to person, there is no medicine to enlarge it. be happy with the present length
dont worry, many women actually likes small ones cause their genitals are more smaller too (except if she was pregnant). but if yours is really small, under the average, then surgery is the only sollution for you. pills dont work, stretching exercises takes years. so the surgery would be quite effective but it may be risky.
